Rates

The main studio is a 3,600 sq. ft. space that includes multiple flex areas, two bathrooms, a 40 ft. x 40 ft. open studio area.

The shooting kitchen includes the use of all appliances and props in the kitchen.

The prep kitchen and the additional bathroom are located next door and provide an additional 800 sq. ft.

All rates are based on an 10 hr. day. Overtime is $400/hour.
